Solvol Autosol Metal Polish removes rust and corrosion from bright work. Brilliantly polishes aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper and nickel. Solvol Autosol consists of a spirit soap plus a very fine abrasive of such a nature that it becomes even finer in use. It is useful for polishing marble, opal and ivory. It is especially useful for removing ball pen ink stains from marble. Simply apply Solvol Autosol to cotton and work into the detail work of marble sculpture with a wood toothpick. Remove residual Solvol Autosol with Stoddard Solvent.
Solvol Autosol plus a few drops of fine oil, placed upon a piece of plate glass or upon a leather strap, is capable of putting a specially keen edge on chisels and other wood cutting tools. |
