400-004 Textile Wash Table Pakage (Table Cover not pictured)

The Textile Wash Table consists of a high-density polypropylene tank that is supported on a steel frame. The tank has a sloped bottom with a depth of 6 inches (150 mm) to allow controlled draining without having to tilt the entire tank. A perforated plastic grate rests on top of raised ribs on the bottom of the table to give a flat, level surface to set the textiles on. The frame is on casters for mobility. A wash screen is used to raise and lower textiles into the bath without disturbing them. Custom table sizes are available upon request. This package includes:

APPLICATION
Textile Wash Tables facilitate washing and drying procedures for textiles of all sizes. They offer easy drainage post-treatment and simple, quick cleanup. Suction treatments can also be performed with the MSC Textile Wash Tables. Each table includes a plastic perforated screen to be placed under the object to diffuse the airflow. A vacuum is created by hooking a vacuum cleaner to the drain of the table. A diaphragm is placed on top of the object. In this way, spot treatments or large area treatments are possible.

450-004 Heated Laboratory Sink with 403-001 Textile Wash Screens

The Heated Laboratory Sink consists of a stainless steel tank that is supported on a steel frame. The tank has a sloped bottom with a depth of 6 inch (150 mm) to allow controlled draining without tilting the entire tank. An installed heating system allows the water to safely maintain a controlled temperature of up to 50° C (120° F). A high limit controller is installed to automatically shut the table off if it exceeds the set temperature parameters.

A rinse hose and drainage hose are included in the package. The frame is on locking casters for mobility. A table cover is available for the table when not in use. A wash screen (sold separately) fits into the bottom to raise and lower artifacts.
